为了解苋菜LBD基因家族,本研究利用转录组数据筛选和鉴定苋菜LBD基因家族成员,并命名为AtrLBD。结果表明:1)从‘全红’苋菜转录组中共鉴定得到16个AtrLBD基因,均为不稳定蛋白,氨基酸长度在91~351aa,相对分子质量为9.396~38.250ku;二级结构主要以α-螺旋和无规卷曲为主;亚细胞定位预测,AtrLBD定位在细胞核、叶绿体和线粒体;MEME分析结果表明,16个AtrLBD共有10个保守氨基酸序列;2)系统进化树显示,16个AtrLBD与拟南芥LBD蛋白分为第一类(ClassⅠ)和第二类(ClassⅡ)2大类,细分为Class Ia、Ib、Ic、Id、Ie和Class IIa、IIb等7个亚类;miRNA预测结果显示,有4个AtrLBD是miRNA靶基因;3)qRT-PCR结果显示,除AtrLBD4、AtrLBD5、AtrLBD10和AtrLBD16以外,AtrLBD均受到蓝光的诱导表达。上述结果为深入研究苋菜LBD基因家族的功能及进化分析奠定了基础。  相似文献

用不同剂量的^60 Co-γ射线对苋菜种子进行辐射,观测其对苋菜种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在该实验设计的辐射剂量范围(20-200Gy)内,对苋菜种子有刺激生长的作用,20Gy有利于苋菜种子发芽,60~80Gy有利于苋菜幼苗的生长。  相似文献

Sexual plant reproduction is a complex process that involves a series of interactions between the male gametophyte and the different cell types of the pistil. These interactions are believed to direct the pollen tube growth until its final target, the embryo sac. Arabinogalactan proteins are complex proteoglycans that are believed to be involved in these processes. The pistil is enriched in these highly glycosylated proteins and we provide results that show the selective presence of different AGP epitopes at the surface of the cells or in the ECM of the tissues that correspond exactly to the pollen tube growth pathway in Amaranthus hypochondriacus and Actinidia deliciosa. We also show that in Actinidia deliciosa, which is a dioecious plant with the male flowers having rudimentary ovaries where fertilization does not occur, there is no presence at all of the epitopes recognised by the monoclonal antibodies utilized in this study. The meiotic behaviour of 13 spontaneous interspecific F1 hybrids of Amaranthus was studied. The hybrids between species with n= 16 chromosomes had 16 bivalents but varied considerably in pollen stainability (0–55%). These results suggest the existence of cryptic structural hybridity. The hybrids involving A. cruentus (n = 17) and species with n = 16 (A. caudatus and A. quitensis) always formed 15II+1 III with very low pollen stainability (5–7%). Further observations indicated that Amaranthus species are allotetraploids with basic numbers of x= 8 and x= 9 but exhibit x= 16 and x= 17 as secondary basic numbers, as demonstrated by (a) the frequent presence of 811 + 171 in the meiosis of the hybrid A. spinosus (n = 17) × A. hybridus (n= 16); and the occurrence of secondary associations between bivalents in MI. Genomic formulae are proposed for each species, on the basis of the meiotic behaviour of the hybrids studied.  相似文献

Summary Twenty naturally occurring male-sterile plants were recovered from a normal population of the grain amaranth, variety Jumla. The identification of the male-sterile plants is possible during anthesis and after flowering. 本研究首次报道了籽粒苋中也存在 copia类反转录转座子 ,进一步验证了 copia类反转录转座子广泛存在于高等植物中 .采用 PCR方法分离鉴定了来自 4个种 2 7个基因型中的 5 3个 RT酶区序列 .序列分析表明 ,籽粒苋中的 copia类反转录转座子不但具有长度多样性、种间多样性、种内多样性 ,而且来自相同基因型的反转录转座子之间也存在高度异质性 .Southern杂交分析表明 ,籽粒苋中的 copia类反转录转座子以多拷贝形式存在 .Northern杂交分析表明 ,籽粒苋中的 copia类反转录转座子可能失去了转座活性 .本研究还对采用 PCR技术分离全长的 copia类反转录转座子进行了初步探讨 ,认为该方法可行 ,具有快速、经济等优点 ,可望在短期内分离出全长的反转录转座子  相似文献

反枝苋种子休眠解除方法研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究了光照和黑暗两种条件下氢氧化钠(NaoH)、盐酸(HC l)、赤霉素(GA3)和乙烯利(ETH)处理对反枝苋种子萌发的影响。结果表明,氢氧化钠、盐酸、赤霉素和乙烯利浸泡处理均可以明显提高反枝苋种子的发芽率,且随着试剂浓度的提高,发芽率表现出单峰变化曲线,浓度过低或过高均不利于种子的萌发。其中,赤霉素对解除反枝苋种子休眠最有效,且以200 mg/L浸泡处理24 h效果最好,发芽率可达90.8%,比对照提高了52.5百分点。其次为4%NaOH和6%HC l处理1 h,与800 mg/L ETH处理24 h的效果相当,发芽率在70%~75%之间。黑暗条件不利于反枝苋种子的萌发,发芽率略低于光照条件。  相似文献

  • 1. Above 28°N, the coastline of the northern Gulf of California is indented at frequent intervals by negative or inverse estuaries that are saltier at their backs than at their mouths due to the lack of freshwater inflow. These ‘esteros’ total over 215 000 ha in area and encompass mangrove marshes below 29°N and saltgrass (Distichlis palmeri) marshes north of 29°N. An additional 6000 ha of freshwater and brackish wetlands are found in the Colorado River delta where fresh water enters the intertidal zone.
  • 2. The mangrove marshes in the Gulf of California have been afforded some degree of protected status in Mexico, but the northern saltgrass esteros do not have priority conservation status and are increasingly becoming development targets for resorts, vacation homes and aquaculture sites.
  • 3. We conducted an inventory of the marshes using aerial photography and satellite images, and evaluated the extent and type of development on each marsh. We reviewed the available literature on the marshes to document their vegetation types and ecological functions in the adjacent marine and terrestrial ecosystems.
  • 4. Over 95% of the mangrove marshes have been developed for shrimp farming. However, the farms are built adjacent to, rather than in, the marshes, and the mangrove stands are still mostly intact.
  • 5. The majority of saltgrass marshes above the mangrove line are still relatively unspoiled. However, resort and vacation home development is taking place on land surrounding them.
  • 6. We recommend a system of protected reserves incorporating the pristine wetlands, along with water quality management and buffer zones for the more developed esteros. The saltgrass marshes should be considered for conservation protection, similar to the protection given to the southern mangrove marshes whose value has already been recognized.
